If you’re an employer in Belfast we can deliver fully funded apprenticeship training to employees aged 16-24 through the ApprenticeshipsNI programme. These can either be new recruits or existing staff who are significantly changing roles.
You’ll benefit from the opportunity to bridge skills gaps and boost productivity within your business. Support includes:
- A free recruitment service – no fees or commission
- Off-the-job training one day a week with Seetec Outsource
- Ongoing one-to-one support for your apprentice from their apprenticeship development coach
You’ll also be eligible to receive a £500 government incentive at the end of your apprentice’s training (terms and conditions apply).
