We’re celebrating ‘Employer Tuesday’ as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2024 by sharing the experience that some of our most valued employers have with us. We support employers to recruit and retain apprentices across Transport, Logistics, Aviation, and Professional Services, building brighter futures and nurturing talent.
At this year’s British International Freight Association (BIFA) Freight Service awards, we caught up with Ian Mallon, the Managing Director at Neon Freight. Neon Freight are specialists in customised shipping & logistic solutions and work closely with Seetec Training on our International Freight Forwarding Level 3 apprenticeship programme.
We asked him for his thoughts on why employers should consider an apprentice for their business, if they haven’t already, and how the support from Seetec Training has made that experience possible and successful for his business.
