Do you struggle with numbers?

Does the thought of maths fill you with dread?

Multiply is a new government-funded programme that helps adults improve their numeracy skills.

If you would like to boost your confidence to use maths and numbers effectively at home and work, then we’d love you to join us on Multiply.

Good numeracy skills can help you with day-to-day budgeting, unlock job opportunities or prepare you for further study.

Multiply is FREE to anyone aged 19+ without a GCSE at Grade C (or equivalent).

Multiply – what will I learn?

We’re offering short, free courses to help people with maths for everyday life – from navigating the cost of living, managing the household budget to supporting children with homework or measuring up for DIY, we offer support both online and face to face.

We offer courses for beginners to more advanced courses such as GCSE, so learners can learn at a pace that suits them.

Employed people can access support too

Multiply can help employers to upskill their existing workforce giving their employees wider opportunities for promotion. We can also support employers to upskill potential applicants for their jobs.

Through Multiply we want to give people the skills and confidence to open doors to new jobs, career progression or further study.

Check your numeracy level

You can take a short quiz to understand areas of numeracy you might want to improve.

The questions have no pass/fail mark and are multiple choice. You can visit the website below to take the quiz – it should take around 5 minutes to complete.
