Programme overview:

Designed for team leaders, supervisors and aspiring managers, this programme will help you develop the skills you need to succeed in a first line management role.

You’ll provide direction, guidance and instructions to ensure set goals are achieved. Key responsibilities could include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing workloads, projects and resources or delivering operational plans.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this programme, although some employers may embed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 3 Diploma in Management.

You’ll also be able to apply for associate membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management when you successfully complete the programme.
